mr coty gonzales was kind enough to take his time out and ask me a bunch of questions about belts, doing a clothing line, how i started, all of that good stuff.

go check out his site, give it a read and leave a comment too if you want. he did a really great job researching all that is miles to go and really has a good thing going with his site.

this item is up for pre-sale and will run until Dec. 20th! it will be limited to only how many are ordered. so, 50 get ordered, thats all that will be made ever. artwork will be printed 13" wide by 15" tall on both tees. we will have them out by the first week of jan. the sale is running now with pre-orders so we can get the money to the charity on time for the holidays. *each shirt will come with a hang tag signed by colin and will be hand numbered by me. please, if you have one of my coupon codes, do not use it on this item as it will only take away from what can be donated negating the impact of what we can give printing was graciously donated by the folks over at acme prints http://www.acmeprints.com its the shop every miles to go tee is printed at.

good news on the miles to go front. did the pool trade show in vegas and there are some stores, shown in the retail section that will be carrying miles to go by the beginning of october! im very excited to have miles to go in stores.

in other more exciting news, ive started working on designs for the next season which im hoping to launch in early-mid november. as always, its mostly based off of literature and i cant wait to get the designs realized, completed and printed. should be pretty sick.

also, a couple items have been put on sale in the store. mostly designs that either are in their final printing or will be done differently next time around.

finally, a huge thanks to everyone who took part in the circa survive sale/drive. together from you guys buying tees and the belts i was able to write a check for almost $3000! to help save siren records and im very grateful to have been in a position to help out.

hey guys/gals.

miles to go and circa survive are teaming up to make a limited edition belt (250) to help save siren records in doylestown, pa(north of philly).

the store has been part of the community around philly for over 20 yrs and served as the one store you made trips to and dropped $100 on everything you could find. we all have/had that store and they are in a lot of trouble. they got locked out and all of their stock was seized and being held.

over a year ago they moved into a new space to allow local performances that bands like circa, a life once lost, zolof the rock and roll destroyer, valencia, etc could play in an intimate setting and with the recent trend in the industry ran into a lot of trouble.

we've all downloaded records and have not only hurt the recording industry, but indie stores like siren that have been there for so long. nows a good time to give back if you can, even $1.

ive been shopping there for over 15 yrs myself and it was the kind of place you could get your favorite local bands cassette/cd, stevie wonder on vinyl for $2, blues, jazz, world music, some tiny crust bands 7", you name it.

circa survive is on a mission to help save the store and i back it 100%. this is our home town store. here is their post which you may have seen if your on their myspace.

this is extremely important so i will get straight to the point.

our favorite record store has been shut down and needs our help so they can move and open a new store. siren records has not only been a huge supporter of indie music for more than 20 years now but served as a safe and positive environment for the youth of our community to go and learn about all types of art, films, music and literature. to be completely honest, the store was a big part of what attracted us to live in doylestown, pa to begin with.

with that said, "the most dangerous commercials" is another b-side from on letting go. please download it for a donation and help us save one of many independent stores that are in danger of being extinct. if you cant afford it tell someone who can. if you can afford more then the minimum, then we strongly encourage you to do so.

if you wish to donate directly to siren records (without downloading), you can do so at siren records' myspace page.

(www. myspace.
com/sirenrecords_electric)

from now until the 19th of july, any shirt bought from http://milestogo. bigcartel. com/ will have $5 donated to save the store as well as 100% of the profits from the sale of the belt which should be up within the next 48 hrs.

circa will have a limited shirt, they have a b side available now, a poster and the belt.

together we can help and although its not your local home town store, hopefully you understand the importance of saving another independently owned store not go under.

if you can, donate $1, anything helps. im grateful to be in a position to help out all i can.
